In Classical Essentials Reformer classes, you will experience authentic Pilates' profound, transformational, power and flow at the beginner level. Practicing some Matwork before Reformer work, you will learn controlled movements and smooth transitions to strengthen and lengthen your body.

These are best practiced regularly for optimal benefits & results, and drop-in is not recommended.

Classical Intermediate

In Classical Intermediate Reformer classes, you will experience authentic Pilates' profound, transformational, power and flow at the Intermediate level. You will build on controlled movements & learn smooth, challenging transitions and exercises learned in Classical Essentials* to continue to develop strength, skill, stamina, and more.

These are best practiced regularly for optimal benefits & results, and drop-in is not recommended. Must have completed Classical Essentials prior to registration.

Burn & Sculpt Express

Pilates meets strength training in this 45 minute express class. This high energy, low impact class will get your heart rate up, work muscles to failure (unlike a classical Pilates class) so expect to feel the burn. It is the perfect combination of core, endurance, cardio, balance, strength and flexibility training in every move.

Burn & Sculpt Express classes are Lagree Method, and are not considered to be true Pilates classes.

Reformer Tone

Reformer Tone classes are Contemporary, mixed level workouts. Expect a dynamic, full body Pilates class on the Reformer. Your instructor adds their individual unique approach to these classes, ensuring that classes are never the same and always engaging.

Private 1:1 Pilates

One on one Pilates sessions are the ultimate way to master technique and get the most out of your Pilates practice. With exercises that are programmed for your specific interests and needs, private sessions are a great way to fast track your progress so you can move into group classes, enhance your group classes, or perhaps compliment other sports/training modalities.

You can enjoy one-on-one lessons virtually from wherever you are, using your own equipment.

Alternatively, you can schedule one-on-one lessons in person at Kelsey's boutique home studio in Port Dalhousie, ON.

Single sessions are $100+hst ($113)
