ABOUT KELSEY


Kelsey began her Pilates journey 18 years ago initially training in the Contemporary approach to Pilates, certifying with STOTT in 2008. Over the years she has spent much time dedicated to furthering her Pilates and fitness education, certifying in other methods such as Lagree, TRX Suspension Training, Yoga, and many yearly Pilates related workshops. However the Pilates method was and remains to be her true love. In 2018 Kelsey began studying the Classical method of Pilates, the way Joseph H. Pilates intended it to be, through Power Pilates.

ABOUT ALISON


A certified STOTT and Classical Pilates instructor through Core Pilates Academy, Alison brings a refined, elevated approach to movement that blends strength, precision, and flow.

As a Registered Nurse with a Master’s in Education, her teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of the body, creating sessions that are both intelligent and intentionally designed.


With over a decade of salsa and bachata training across North America and Europe, she infuses her classes with rhythm, fluidity, and a sense of play. By combining her backgrounds in healthcare, dance, and Pilates, she delivers a distinctive movement experience that enhances strength, control, and confident, effortless movement.

By day, Cassandra is a dedicated high school teacher, passionate about helping students reach their full potential. By evening (and weekends!), she steps into the studio as a classically certified Pilates instructor, committed to helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through mindful movement.

Her background in education makes her a natural at guiding movement with clarity, encouragement, and adapting sessions to meet individual needs - whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice.

Her classes focus on alignment, deep core engagement, and functional movement, all delivered with a calm, supportive approach.

Cassandra believes in the power of movement to build both physical strength and mental clarity. Whether she's in the studio or the classroom, she is committed to helping people achieve personal growth and making a positive impact.

Her certifications include Classical Pilates training with the Hummingbird and the Horse.
