Pilates meets strength training in this 45 minute express class. This high energy, low impact class will get your heart rate up, work muscles to failure (unlike a classical Pilates class) so expect to feel the burn. It is the perfect combination of core, endurance, cardio, balance, strength and flexibility training in every move.
Burn & Sculpt Express classes are Lagree Method, and are not considered to be true Pilates classes.
